Who can help guide my company towards my digital product goals?
With two decades of expertise in spearheading digital product innovation, I have crafted solutions across diverse industries, including marketing services, research, business credit, and logistics. My experience spans product management, design, marketing, engineering, sales, operations, and customer success, encompassing the development of web experiences, mobile apps, APIs, and CMS portals. My journey in digital products began with running an email delivery solution, which led me to my first product education at Harvard's "Leading Product Innovation." There, I learned Jobs Theory from Clay Christensen and still apply the Jobs to be Done technique. I later earned Pragmatic Marketing Certification, but my go-to practical applications stem from Marty Cagan and Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG). In December 2022, I had the privilege of participating in a "coach the coaches" session with Marty and his team. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy exploring emerging trends and technologies, seeking innovative ways to serve my clients.
